White Sage Oil (Salvia Apiana)

I love white sage oil! This is my preferred scent to use for hot stones because it feels like the perfect fit for such an elemental modality. White sage has been used for centuries as a purifier and I always have dried bundles of the leaves for smudging, as well.
Its therapeutic properties includes treating common colds, coughs, flu, and relieves congestion, and may reduce fever. Also works to calm the body and mind naturally relieving stress, anxiety, and tension.  It can be used in a bath or in a diffuser to get nearly instant calming effects.

Aside from the therapeutic benefits in a massage room, it can of course be added to detergents, shampoos, body wash,or you can make your own perfume/cologne. (It's easier than you think!)

Perfumery Note: Middle

Blends well with: Frankincense, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Geranium, Lavender, Neroli, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Bergamot, & other citruses.
